Care Takes Center Stage on November 5, 2026 at Bally’s Casino Resort in Dover, Delaware! Long-term care providers from across the state will gather for Delaware Health Care Facilities Association’s annual Education Conference and Trade Show. This is the Association’s biggest event of the year. Use this form to purchase a sponsorship or exhibit space and buy ads in the show program or extra tickets for your representatives.
