PRICING Members: 1st Attendee: $150/ea; Each additional attendee: $135/ea | Non-Members: $185/ea
SUBSTITUTIONS: You may substitute any registered attendee for another person at any time. Please send your substitution to tmorris@dhcfa.org.
CANCELLATIONS: Facilities in survey on May 21 may cancel for full credit toward a future event. Cancellations prior to May 15 can receive a 50% credit toward a future event minus a $50 processing fee.
All cancellations must be in writing. Send to: tmorris@dhcfa.org. No-show does not constitute a cancellation.
