Delaware is home to the first statewide operational health information exchange in the nation. Through DHIN’s secure Community Health record, physicians’ offices, hospitals, labs, and imaging facilities share clinical information safely and efficiently. Every acute care hospital in Delaware and nearly all the state’s physicians participate in DHIN. This collaboration ensures the timely transmission of test results and records to speed medical care while saving patients money and time.

DHCFA is dedicated to enhance the quality of life of individuals in our facilities by promoting high standards of care. DHCFA supports its members in delivering accessible, efficient, quality long-term care and a continuum of related services to those they serve.
